Phillips Karosich to lead client delivery as a member of the company's executive team
SEATTLE, Wash. (March 3, 2020) – Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery, compliance and information governance services, today announced that Jen Phillips Karosich has been promoted to vice president of Client Services. In this new role, Phillips Karosich is responsible for managing client satisfaction as well as ensuring consistency and quality throughout every stage of eDiscovery project workflows. In working directly with clients, her team creates the optimal project management experience by delivering work product in alignment with the desired strategy, budget and timeline.

Phillips Karosich brings over 17 years of experience managing client services, consulting and technical teams exclusively in eDiscovery. She has personally managed and led hundreds of large-scale eDiscovery projects including complex litigation, government and internal investigations and corporate mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of industries. Prior to Lighthouse, Phillips Karosich was managing director at Discovia, which merged with Lighthouse in 2017. Prior to Discovia, she was vice president of Solutions and Services at Applied Discovery.
Phillips Karosich received her B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Washington and her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. Phillips Karosich is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association.
