Women: Leadership Exploration and Development (WLEAD) empowers women to build and strengthen their management abilities and aims to find leadership opportunities across the company. Bridging eDiscovery and Minorities (BEAM) supports and enhances the experiences of racial and ethnic minorities in the workplace to drive connection and create a safe space for employees.

Pride@Lighthouse brings together a community of LGBTQIA+ employees where everyone can feel respected and valued for who they are and dedicated to promoting an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace.
Relationship and Family Ties (RAFT) builds connections between colleagues on topics related to personal relationships and navigates common issues faced within familial and interpersonal relationships.
Military and Allies Standing Together (MAST) serves as a support system for employees with ties to the Armed Forces and looks for ways to show appreciation for individuals currently serving and transitioning to civilian life.
Recognizing Accessibility and Disability Advocacy and Resources (RADAR) highlights how employees can live their best lives at work and beyond while being or caretaking for someone with a disability or diagnosis.
