Lighthouse Bolsters Executive Leadership Team with Addition of David Binder as Chief Financial Office

Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery and consulting services, today announced that David Binder has been hired as Chief Financial Officer. Binder brings close to 25 years of extensive financial, strategic planning and leadership experience to Lighthouse. As the new Chief Financial Officer, he will be responsible for managing the company's financial activities, including planning and analysis, accounting, financialoperations, strategy development and overseeing strategy implementation.

Most recently, Binder was the Chief Financial Officer at Blue Nile, where he was responsible for all aspects of the company's financial functions, including financial reporting and accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and investor relations. Prior to his role at Blue Nile, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Infospace, Inc. He has also held various financial leadership positions at Drugstore.com, Inc., Edge2net Inc., HomeGrocer.com, Inc. and AT&T Wireless.
David holds a M.A. in Economics and Finance from Brandeis University.
