As Executive Director of Client Services, Chris co-heads the Client Services team responsible for providing best-in-class service to Lighthouse clients. Chris has more than a decade of experience consulting law firm and corporate clients on large ediscovery projects and has overseen service delivery for hundreds of eDiscovery matters, including high-profile, cross-border financial services investigations and HSR Second Requests.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, Chris was a Managing Consultant at H5 where he led ediscovery service delivery for healthcare and financial services clients. Chris' eDiscovery career started at Xerox Litigation Services (now Conduent) where his experience included starting up and leading their London office and leading large financial services accounts in New York City.
Chris spends his free time with his wife Olivia raising their two young boys. He's also an avid skier, mountain biker, and tennis player.

Paige Hunt
Paige brings over 17 years of experience in the legal technology space to her role as Vice President of Sales. She excels in developing holistic solutions for both corporations and law firms to mitigate their risks, elevate their experience, and reduce discovery-related costs. Paige is the former firm wide Director of eDiscovery and Document Review Services at Perkins Coie LLC, and former Assistant Director of Practice Support at Fulbright & Jaworski. Paige has also served as an adjunct professor for Bryan University's graduate certificate in eDiscovery. In 2012, Paige was awarded International Legal Technology Association's Litigation and Practice Support Distinguished Peer Award.

Bill Mariano
Bill Mariano is an attorney and Chief Revenue Officer at Lighthouse. In his role, Bill works with Fortune 500 corporations and AmLaw 100 law firms throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific to help clients improve their strategies for handling complex discovery matters while creating greater cost and control efficiencies throughout the discovery process. Prior to his start in the eDiscovery industry nearly 20 years ago, Bill was a litigator for 5 years, as well as a guest trial advocacy instructor at Seton Hall University where he taught students how to leverage technology in practice. He is also a frequent presenter and author on a variety of topics including: How to Develop an Electronic Discovery Action Plan; The FRCP Amendments: Dealing with Electronic Discovery; Emerging Case Law in Electronic Discovery; and Leveraging Technology to Reduce Discovery Costs.Bill earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
